INSEC released a press statement condemning the Bilateral Immunity Agreement (BIA) between Nepal government and the Bush administration under the Article 98 of the Rome Statute on 1 January 2003.

On 3 July 2002, INSEC released a press statement welcoming the establishment of ICC and urged the government to accede to the Rome Statute.
